Ashleigh brings over 13 years of experience in dentistry, with a background spanning clinical, administrative, and treatment coordination roles and extensive experience in orthodontics. That range gives her a well-rounded understanding of the dental experience from both the clinical and patient side. Known for her outgoing, approachable personality, Ashleigh loves helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door and enjoys building lasting relationships with the people she cares for. Outside the office, she stays busy with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys the beach, gardening, reading, and time with family and dogs.
Lisa
I’m a dedicated dental professional with 13 years of experience in the dental field. I spent 8 years working as a Dental Assistant, followed by 5 years in the front office, where I gained valuable experience in patient care, scheduling, insurance, and the day-to-day operations of a dental practice. I’m now excited to be back in the assisting role, which has always been a passion of mine. I truly enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for while working alongside the dental team to provide the best possible experience. Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, so most of my time outside of work is spent with my family. I enjoy staying busy, spending time with my kids, and getting together with family and friends.

Her hands-on experience across multiple areas of dentistry gives her a well-rounded understanding of both patient care and daily practice operations. Melissa has a true passion for educating patients, helping them understand their treatment so they can make informed, confident decisions about their care. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.
